Used to indicate something or a subject."

Nani ga iru? || neko ga iru.What's there? || there's a cat.
Note: は = “speaking about X…” === が = “X is the one that…”
Particle:を (wo)
Used to mark the direct object that receives the action of a verb.

Note: [Object] + を + [Verb].
Particle:に
Often marks a target, destination, point in time, or recipient.
学校に行く。
